After reading some nice reviews for this place and curious abour Portuguese food, I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did, we had a very nice evening at A Telha. The venue is very cosy, nicely decorated, very friendly staff.
I started with a nice caipirinha and tried one of their tapas: a plate of iberic ham, very nice. Some had the spicy potatoes and bacalau tapas and were very happy as well. I then had the Bife a Portuguesa, Portuguese style entrecote, white wine sauce, ham and an egg. Very tasty, it comes with roasted potatoes and vegetable. The fish lovers loved their fish, everybody was happy about their choice. I finished with a chocolate mousse for dessert, tasty but quite heavy. Crema catalana was also nice.
Really a nice spot indeed!
