My recommendations for tasty meals in Berlin

Colibri, tapas in Kreuzberg

colibriI once went for tapas at Colibri, a nice Spanish place close to Mehrungdamm. I am usually not really into tapas since I’m very picky and it’s often lots of stuffs I don’t like, but well, I decided to give it a try.

It started very well since my Caipirinha was really good, the staff very friendly, the place quite cosy. My friends had a big plate with lots of different tapas (banderillas, shrimps, octopus, meat balls, dates rolled in ham,…) I had a plate of Serano ham, you can never get enough of that, and it was indeed really tasty, as well as some patatas bravas (kind of roasted potatoes) and was very satisfied.

Apparently they also have very good wine, but I couldn’t tell since I don’t wine.
